How many days can I return my order? You can return unused items purchased online within 14 days. All original packaging, with pricing, labels, and hangtags, must be attached and intact. All item(s) must be returned in a box for protection. Returns which do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you.

Return Form

This form provides us with the information we need to process your return. This form must be filled out and enclosed in the return package. Without this form, your return cannot be processed.

Returns are accepted only if;

• the goods are unworn

• the goods are returned in the original box

• the goods are returned to us within 14 days

• the completed withdrawal/return form is placed in the package, stating the order number, reason for return

Any orders sent to any other address will not be accepted as a return.

For returns from outside the EU, please follow the steps below;

1. Contact us at contact@fivepocket.at so that we can send you the necessary documents. 2. print out and fill in our withdrawal/return form.
3. print out and place the return label in a transparent envelope or bag marked "Documents" and stick them on the outside of the parcel

• copy of the export certificate (received by mail)

• copy of the invoice (received by mail)

• completed return form

• customs declaration CN22/23 (from the carrier of your choice)

4. you must declare the parcel as CUSTOMS FREE RETURN on the customs declaration form CN22/23. Please enter the value of the contents as RETURNED GOODS No commercial value, otherwise you will incur another customs duty which we may unfortunately have to charge you for.
5. return the parcel to us (at your expense), once the parcel arrives with us, you will be refunded the respective amount in the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

Return costs Returns are at your own expense.

Refund process and duration Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 3 to 4 business days. You will receive a return notification email once this has occurred. We strive to handle your refund within 10 days, you will receive your refund using the same payment method used to make the original order. 

Can I exchange a product? Unfortunately, that is not possible. But you can return your original order and place a new order.
